SPO (STANDARD PROTECTION OFFICER = ENTRY LEVEL)
Minimum requirement for SPO/ Hiring Process:
18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Reliable means of communication
Reliable means of transportation (public or private)
Legal right to work in the United States
The ability to effectively speak, read, and write English
Pass oral interview/ pre-employment screening
Able to pass drug test
Possessed Valid driver license
MPO (MASTER PROTECTION OFFICER)
Minimum requirement for MPO/ Hiring Process:
21 years of age
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Reliable means of communication
Reliable means of transportation (public or private)
Legal right to work in the United States
The ability to effectively speak, read, and write English
Pass oral interview/ pre-employment screening
Able to pass drug test
Prior law enforcement or Prior Military experience or completed police academy or college degree AA or higher or related field
Possessed Valid driver license

SELECTION PROCESS
Our strict employment process ensures that we hire the most qualified security professionals. The security guards must meet our extensive qualifications in order to join our team. In addition to the background check received by the State of Michigan,our security guards must also pass a second criminal check and an initial drug test before being hired. All hired security guards will be subjected to random drug testing.
Safe Provisions does not believe in mass-hirings and leaving the security guard selection/hiring process to just any individual. We believe that job interviews are very personal and meet with all qualified applicants face to face before making a final decision.
